My Nairobi Based Yoga Classes

I offer small group yoga classes 3 mornings per week in Nairobi. All classes take place outdoors in beautiful green spaces in Farasi Lane (we go under cover on the rare occasion we get rain). The classes are slow paced Hatha yoga classes, where the emphasis is on soothing the nervous system.

My name is Sharon Lindsay. I am a Scottish mother of 2, living the adventure of a lifetime in Kenya. I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology and I am a fully qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. My passion is helping women and men over 40 make the lasting changes they want to make to their lifestyle to feel healthy, happy and full of energy.
