Being a Mum is Tough....But Imagine you had Someone to Help You Get Back on Top

Being a Mum is tough. I know! I'm a stay at home mum to two high spirited, strong-willed children, born less than 2 years apart. We know we're supposed to savour each moment because they grow up so fast. But in reality our heads are full of ninety zillion things that need done in the next hour, all whilst the baby needs her nappy changed and the toddler is screaming blue murder because you had the audacity to give him the green cup, when clearly this is a blue cup kind of day (will you ever learn?!!!!).

Spend most of every day in these situations and even the most motherly among us will begin to crack. As you grapple with trying to conjure up healthy family meals day in and day out, only to have everyone refuse to eat them; as you drag your exhausted body out of bed several times a night to comfort your little cherubs; as you wonder what you need to do to sort out your dodgy digestive system and balance your hormones that are showing signs of being out of whack; it can be just a tad tricky to savour the moments and bask in the joys of motherhood.

The joys that you envisaged turn to worry - you worry about your kids' health; you worry about your health; you worry about work or lack of work; you worry about money; you worry about whether your parenting approach is right; you worry if you're doing enough.

But imagine you had someone to help you find your way. Get back on track. Take back power. Feel in control. Someone to help you take the stress out of planning healthy family meals. Someone to help you build self-care back into your life. To help you rebuild your health and give you the energy you so desperately crave. Someone to listen. Someone to care and guide you on your journey to be the best and healthiest version of you. Someone to help you bring back the joy to your life. Someone to help you feel amazing and be the mum you are capable of being.

That's my job. I provide a one to one Holistic Health & Well-being coaching service for Mums. I'm here to listen to you, guide you, care for your well-being and support you to care for it too. Your first consultation is completely free and there's absolutely no obligation. But if you do decide to sign up to receive my ongoing support, then its my mission to help you feel like you're back on top, and to become the best version of you that you can imagine!

My services are available online so you can be anywhere in the world as long as you have a phone or computer. If you'd like to find out more, email me at sharon.lindsay@hotmail.co.uk.
